Henry and Lise were exceptionally kind and generous with their time, and they were very helpful in making our stay comfortable and fun. Possibly the tents could be located closer to the bathroom, but then you would miss the wonderful view on a short walk there.

The views and surroundings were beautiful. The host family were extremely kind and accommodating. They prepared a great breakfast and brought it to the bell tent at the time we requested. There was a huge parking area very close to the tent, which was very handy because I was in a very large van. The bell tent was in perfect condition and a comfortable size for two people. The bathroom/shower room had towels supplied and was very clean and modern, and it was close to the bell tent. The location and surroundings of the property had a traditional farm‑like feel, which was very pleasant, and there were various farm animals in adjacent fields that added to the whole countryside vibe. We were visiting the Goodwood Festival and this location was only a few minutes drive away. The host even offered a door‑to‑door taxi service to and from the festival. The icing on the cake was the stunning pub only a one‑minute walk away, which we visited both nights. I will definitely stay here again if it’s available. Really not a big problem at all and I’m certain this will have been fixed by now, but the lock on the bathroom door wasn’t working. We only stayed for two nights, but for a longer stay it would be superb to have an electric hookup at the bell tent… this would finish things off perfectly!
