Nothing worked! The whole hotel felt lifeless, the air‑conditioning didn’t work, and after three attempts to fix it, nothing was done; every room had the same issue. The next morning the air‑conditioning in the breakfast hall was working, but the breakfast was held in a large empty hall. The staff didn’t serve us coffee; we had to walk over ourselves to ask for it. Very bad! We decided not to stay, even though we had booked two nights, and eventually got all our money back, but the staff had to make a lot of effort for that.

The location and breakfast were great, but the rooms were a bit too small and spartan for a 4‑star hotel.

The breakfast was good and the staff were extremely friendly, but the room was the best option… it had no balcony, no fridge, the bar was closed, only a tiny window and a single sliding door.
