Although this charming rural retreat is a bit far from Santiago, its picturesque hilltop location and peaceful surroundings, complete with an ancient small monastery, made for a serene getaway. However, I think it would be beneficial to extend the check-in time to allow guests to drop off their luggage, and perhaps keep a closer eye on the breakfast food to prevent the friendly house cats from getting into it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this lovely old house, which boasted a beautiful lounge area and pool, and was tastefully furnished with a very friendly owner. However, I did notice that the walls were a bit damp, which made everything feel a bit clammy and humid, and the old exterior door allowed the neighbor's dogs to bark loudly throughout the night.

The house itself was a real treasure, with beautiful decorations that made it feel like a warm and welcoming home. Unfortunately, the breakfast was extremely limited, and the dining room had a strong smell of cat, with the animals roaming freely throughout the house, which could be a problem for those with allergies. Additionally, I found the room to be infested with bugs, and the cleaning could have been better, especially considering the gap under the door leading to the patio.

This peaceful retreat was the perfect place to unwind and disconnect from the world, surrounded by tranquility and calm. However, I did find that the location was quite isolated, making it difficult to get around without a car, and requiring a fair amount of walking to explore the surrounding area.

I had a wonderful stay at this rural house, thanks to the attentive host Rosa who took care of every detail. The breakfasts she prepared for us were abundant, healthy, and delicious. Our spacious room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely patio where we could relax. The house also had a pool and stunning views of the garden. Although the location is a bit isolated, surrounded by nature and with no nearby amenities, it was perfect for a peaceful retreat.
