The location was spot-on, and the unit was tidy and fully equipped. Saartjie, the hostess, was very friendly and helpful. Waking up to zebras right outside the unit was a lovely sight, and the place felt very peaceful, perfect for unwinding. I loved everything.

Everything worked out well, and the animals were delightful. Nothing to add.

Safety and the view were great. I was a bit far from where I needed to be, but that was due to my own poor planning.

Everything was fine, and everyone was kind. The team responded quickly. Nothing at all.
