The location was great, though the welcome drink/tea was lacking.

Only a convenient spot near SRM college. They gave my room to someone else who paid a higher rate—cheating. When I said I’d go to the police, they didn’t help; all the alternatives they offered were unrealistic. Don’t book this place.

Conveniently located. No kitchen service

The spot’s spot on the map and the staff were friendly, but the place still needs a bit more tidying up.
