Excellent property, the staff was very kind… Arriving late, they voluntarily escorted me to a place to eat before closing. The room was large and comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting the temple of Ulan Danu Beratan.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. We arrived early because my friend was ill and needed to sleep, and they kindly arranged his room to be ready early. The room itself is lovely and the bed, shower, and hot water are all good. The lake view from the second or third floor is fantastic. There are a few things to improve: the balcony lights stay on 24/7 and throughout the night, which I personally didn’t like when sitting on the balcony at night; the TV in the room offers limited channels; there is no fridge in the room; breakfast was cold, both the coffee and food were cold; the Wi‑Fi is unreliable and keeps dropping out, making it hard to work on my laptop; the nearby mosque is very noisy and starts at 5 am.

Walking around the property feels like a quest, and the furniture and décor are truly artistic, creating a harmonious and snug atmosphere. The blend of enclosed rooms and open-air spaces lets you enjoy a tropical breeze, adding extra charm. The owners clearly invested love and foresight to make every guest's experience memorable. The location is perfect, right across from the Ulun Danu Beratan Temple (Pura Ulun Danu Beratan), with a breathtaking lake and temple view from the room that stays with you forever. A few minutes’ walk takes you to Rusa by the Lake, where authentic Russian dishes like borscht, pelmeni, blinis, and pirozhki hit the spot after long days of exploration. The covered veranda with a billiard table on the viewing platform became a favorite spot for evenings with friends. I even felt a twinge of sadness knowing I’d only booked a few days at such a beautiful place.
