The beach was nice with plenty of seating and an accessible bar. After multiple calls about the room’s lack of cleanliness, housekeepers came and tried to wipe down the space. Management later sent a bottle of prosecco, which was a nice touch. The facility feels worn out; the room still had leftover residue on the walls and headboard, the lampshade was falling apart, and hallway rugs were stained—cleanliness was lacking. Elevators were slow and creaky, and the buffet fell short in a country known for great food.
