“Great adult property with tremendous views”
The view, pool staff, cleanliness, infinity pools, food, and security were all excellent. The beach can’t be swum in because of a very strong undertow, but it looks beautiful from the several infinity pools.

The staff are friendly and the resort is clean. The sliding door was fogged, and the bed pillows were extremely hard.

The location was a major selling point for us, but unfortunately, the upgrade we were offered turned out to be a letdown. We paid a premium for a room that didn't quite live up to our expectations, and the squeaky toilet didn't help matters. To make things worse, the staff seemed more interested in selling us on their meal plans than in addressing our concerns.
