- The rooms were clean, modern, and fully met our visual expectations. - The complimentary welcome treats (water, lemonade, and cookies) were a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. - Unprofessional communication: The host ignored specific questions and replied exclusively in Italian. - Unnecessary check-in stress: We rushed and stressed over a 20-minute bus delay because we thought the key handover was in person. The host just replied "ok" and never bothered to mention it was a remote check-in. - Waiting on the street: We were left standing outside in the heat with our heavy luggage because the host would not unlock the door until we sent photos of our IDs. - Poor soundproofing: The three apartments are connected by adjoining doors, making it incredibly noisy and offering very little privacy. - Bad location: The surrounding area is unattractive and feels like one of the worst neighborhoods in Naples. - Inappropriate demands: The host had the audacity to explicitly message us and ask for a 10/10 rating

Unfortunately, there is no isolation between the doors linking the three rooms; we had to get up early and the neighbours next door were very, very noisy until 1 a.m., preventing us from sleeping.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, quiet, and fragrant; when you arrive from outside it doesn’t look that impressive, but inside the inner block it’s calm and silent. The only downside might be that it’s a bit far from the city center.
