The staff were extremely friendly and ready to solve any problem! The hotel is a lovely old house with beautiful décor and spotless rooms. The spa was a pleasant surprise, especially the contrasting baths and pool. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, made from fresh, high‑quality ingredients, and the plating at dinner was gorgeous with a great wine pairing for each dish.

The pool was great and the spa was really good if you can book an appointment. The staff seemed very young and inexperienced and needed someone to manage them. The food was disappointing, with very slow service—dinner took nearly three hours. The shower in our bathroom wasn’t suitable and flooded the floor.

The chateau was stunning, with a colourful and fun interior. The food was great, the staff were kind and helpful, and the grounds and view were gorgeous.

A rare, original and artistically designed castle hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the dinner was also high‑quality. The staff were exemplary, attentive and professional. The outdoor terrace is nicely located in the hotel’s garden, but it isn’t very cozy or “snug”.
