The location is good. The staff, especially the male employees, treated us in a very dry manner, as if they were doing us a favor. I’m a lawyer, my family is middle class, my father is a high-ranking Brazilian army officer, and my mother is also in the army. We were treated like we had no resources. It’s extremely frustrating and discouraging to experience basic service with disdain or neglect, especially when professionalism and respect are expected. This attitude—where the service provider acts as if they’re doing a “favor” by performing their job—reflects serious conduct, training, and people management failures, not the value of the client. The cost‑benefit ratio of the establishment is terrible. In addition to the high room rates, the separately paid breakfast is of lamentable quality: watery coffee, stale bread, flat cakes, runny yogurt, and eggs that look syrupy and poorly cooked. To top it off, they charged the full price for my six‑year‑old daughter’s breakfast, which she didn’t even eat—she couldn’t even manage to eat the eggs she normally eats in Brazil because of the terrible quality. An abusive charge for a bad service. Not recommended.
