The room was spotless and tidy, and everything ran smoothly without any issues. Everything matched the description and met our expectations. The owner was outstanding—always helpful and very communicative. We would gladly return.

The new, elegant property is tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. The common area is spacious and well equipped, offering various utensils, a microwave, and a coffee machine. A private fridge in the room is very convenient. The room itself is welcoming, functional, and well organized, with plenty of furniture and surfaces for storing belongings—a detail that seems obvious but is increasingly rare to find.

We loved everything! Agnese’s kindness and availability made us feel at home. The location was extremely close to Tiburtina station, the metro, buses, and taxis, and even for a short walk around the area it was quiet and offered sights and places to eat without needing to reach the center. The room was delightful and comfortable, tastefully decorated with impeccable cleanliness, and had everything we needed. It was very quiet because it faced an inner courtyard. The kettle for tea or herbal tea in the common area was also much appreciated.
