“We had a great stay and kids loved swimming and seeing the ducks.”
The location was good and the lodges were very big and spacious, though some parts felt dated and the kids’ entertainment could improve.

The bar and restaurant shared the same limited menu; breakfast cleaning was inconsistent, with a pleasant window seat but a dozen dead flies; staff were pleasant yet inexperienced and could use more senior guidance; overall the hotel looked a bit tired and would benefit from a cozy, welcoming room; the location and kids’ activities were great.

The pool was perfect for families, the lodge was lovely and roomy with everything needed, and the setting was gorgeous—lots of squirrels and ducks kept the kids entertained.

The property was spacious, but the lodge felt unclean and some items looked old.

The bed was comfortable The food was good Some staff were helpful. Some staff were rude Room not made up as a twin Restaurant not open for dinner Some areas of the hotel were quite unclean Breakfast doesn't start til 8am on a week day? Meaning we had to leave for our committments without the option of beakfast. Spa - neither sauna nor steam working
