The staff were good, but there was a lack of transparency about the closed rooftop. Soundproofing was poor, and you could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms.

The location, attentive staff, cleanliness, and the fact that it has a bar were all great, and they even responded to my pre‑arrival email. The only downside was that the rooftop bar was closed.

The room was larger than most Paris hotels, the spot was excellent, and everything was spotless; the extra bed was generous, and the staff were helpful and kind. The pillows and beds weren’t comfortable, but that wasn’t a deal‑breaker.
