Dar Boujloud Fez

The cleaning was terrible; we asked for the bathroom to be cleaned and it never was during our three‑day stay, so we had to wipe it down ourselves with a wipe upon arrival. Although breakfast was included for three days, we never received it because the lady serving it kept arriving around 10‑10:30 am. In short, a disgusting experience and I won’t go back.

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly, which was a highlight of our stay. However, we were let down by the lack of breakfast, which was supposed to be included. We asked about it, but never got a response, and it was never served. To make matters worse, the shower water was only lukewarm.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to the excellent location and super helpful staff. Abdul, in particular, was available 24/7 and went above and beyond to help me with any issues I had, even at 4am. The hotel is very conveniently located and met all my needs.

Unfortunately, my experience at this riad was marred by a series of unfortunate events. Upon arrival, I found that the owner had sent me a message saying that there was a problem with the room I had booked, and that I would be transferred to another riad. However, when I arrived, the owner was nowhere to be found, and I was approached by two suspicious individuals who claimed that the riad was full.

“Bien situé à l entrée de la médina”

I appreciated the warm welcome and great location of this hotel, but was a bit disappointed with the late breakfast time of 9am.
