Beautiful surroundings, spacious rooms, and the reception staff were very friendly and proactive in solving our problems, offering local food and itinerary suggestions. When I have the chance again, I'll definitely stay at this cute place in Chiang Mai ❤️

We came with a toddler and fell in love with the place. We wanted to stay longer as soon as we arrived, but it was almost full, so we only added one extra night to the original four‑night plan. We tried both the big house and the smaller one, and the smaller one was better (still huge). It was brighter and the terrace got more sun, though there was plenty of shade. The villa is well kept, food is simple but tasty, drinks are available, and so on. I’d happily return to live there for a month or two. The gym is excellent, the pool is nice but a bit cool, and there’s very little space to lounge – all shaded. So it’s perfect for kids, less so for a mom who wants to tan. The staff are absolutely exceptional: extremely friendly, room service is lightning‑fast, the place is spotless, and the Line service is efficient. We booked a scooter through them, and it was super easy. There are many cafés, restaurants, etc. a short drive away. The nearest supermarket isn’t far but is inconvenient to reach; it takes a good 15–20 minutes because the big highway can’t be crossed. Though it’s an amazing supermarket and you can buy everything you might need to bring and cook at the villa. Gojek/Bolt had no trouble finding the place, though for short drives they might refuse to come and pick you up; don’t be in a hurry when you need to go places. And it’s so quiet. The neighborhood is cute and inviting. Nothing. 100% loved it. If I had to suggest something… breakfast isn’t included and there could be slightly more morning options on the menu. Offer oil/salt/pepper for guests who want to cook, so we don’t have to buy it just for the stay.
