We ate dinner there and it was lovely, with olives from their own tree and homemade limoncello that went above and beyond; breakfast was also very good, basically they couldn’t do enough. I’d come back, stay longer, and use it as my base. The outside was nice too. The only downside was the Wi‑Fi.

We booked Dimora Caraspi with family to be close to a wedding venue we attended over the weekend, and it far exceeded our expectations. There was secure parking, delicious fresh home‑grown food cooked by Giovanna (try the evening menu—you won’t be disappointed!), Nicola’s taxi service to and from the wedding venue for a reasonable fee, and he even lent us a steamer for our wrinkled suits. Our hosts made this a stay to remember. Honestly, I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

I was pleasantly surprised that the place looked even nicer than the photos, and Nicola went above and beyond—he wouldn’t let us decline and even brewed us coffee at 3:30 a.m. No complaints.

The staff were very friendly, communicative, and caring, and the property itself is beautiful with a lovely historical touch.
