The location of this place was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the bay. The wooden deck and path to the room were also really nice touches. However, the kitchen was a bit of a letdown - it was pretty basic and could have done with a few more essentials, like a pasta strainer.

The lack of breakfast was a major letdown, but it's not like they were trying to provide one or anything. It was just a complete absence of any morning meal options.

The location and view were definitely the highlights of our stay, but the price we paid didn't quite match up. We were also told to arrive by 7 pm, but it turned out it didn't even matter, which was a bit frustrating. The furniture and facilities were old but still in decent shape.

Protea Guest House was a real gem - it was spotless, cozy, and super quiet, making it perfect for my visit to see family. I didn't encounter any issues during my stay.

The location was fantastic, and the room was super comfy, but the TV channels were a major disappointment. I was really looking forward to watching Wimbledon, but there were no sport channels at all, which was a bit of a letdown.
