Rooms include private bathrooms with walk‑in showers, tea/coffee makers, flat‑screen TVs and free Wi‑Fi. The on‑site restaurant serves British cuisine with extensive vegetarian, vegan, gluten‑free and dairy‑free menus, plus nightly live music. The hotel sits right beside the beach and the Pier, and is close to shops with on‑site parking; breakfast had a decent variety. The downside was an engagement party that leaked through the walls until about 11.30, so if you need a quiet early night you should check that no events are scheduled. I use a CPAP machine but there was no power socket near the bed, and the hotel couldn't supply an extension cable.

It worked out great for the Lytham Music Festival, the staff were friendly and the room had a nice sea view. The only drawback was that breakfast was served down in the basement.

The location is gorgeous, right across from a quiet beach access; Gerald was a super kind and helpful regular, and the place is just a 7‑minute walk to the supermarket and bars. The only disappointment was that we couldn't extend our stay, but we hope to return.

clean room and bathroom. Bit shabby around the edges but understandable given the cost of replacing things
