“Good value for all included in the stay.”
The hotel’s proximity to the airport, free hot breakfast, and easy check‑in and check‑out were all great.

The front checkout staff were very welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was good, and the hotel itself was excellent; there was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel.

I loved how clean everything was—being a manager in Environmental Services, I appreciate when people take pride and care in their jobs, so the housekeeping was excellent; kudos to the staff! Everything was very good.

It’s a modern, clean, and comfortable chain hotel with good facilities like a pool, free parking, and breakfast. Located away from Charlotte’s centre, it’s convenient for Carowinds and gave us a great family evening at Topgolf, which is walking distance from the hotel. Nothing negative.

The room was clean and spacious, but the TV couldn’t access Netflix.
