The hotel was close to Via Duomo, so we could stroll into the lively alleys quickly; self‑check‑in was smooth, and it was nice that we could leave our luggage. The room was tidy and spacious with a fridge, but it was quite warm, thankfully there was air‑conditioning. The curtains let in a lot of light.

The accommodation itself was very good, centrally located and walkable with everything nearby and easy to reach. The booking page advertised a 24‑hour reception that doesn’t exist, so there was no on‑site contact. We could reach someone via WhatsApp, but the reply was not timely. During a week’s stay with constant temperatures around 30 °C, the towel change only after five days was not ideal. We had to handle the disposal of our own trash. A second small stool would have been great, because one of us had to sit on the bed all the time. The balcony was just a tiny opening, not a proper balcony. We were on the third floor and had a nice view in the distance.

The place was good, but the location can be a bit scary when you arrive in the evening. It’s really in the old streets of Naples where you can still see some noticeable poverty.
