The place is in a fantastic spot, spotlessly clean, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. My room was cozy, kept in great shape, and the overall service was top‑class. I didn’t notice any issues; everything ran smoothly and comfortably throughout my visit.

The location works well, but the building feels dated and shows its age.

The food is decent, yet the room was riddled with cigarette odor, cockroaches, a foul‑smelling bathroom, and the service was practically nonexistent; the bedsheets were stained.

The staff were polite and the rooms spacious. The bathroom was clean and room service arrived quickly, and the complimentary breakfast was adequate. However, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the TV was initially broken but was fixed after I complained, and there was no free bottled water in the room—each bottle had to be purchased separately.
