Despite the language barrier with the manager, we managed to get through. The room matched the description exactly, the sheets were soft and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delivered straight to our room, and we especially liked the coffee, which was a real oriental brew rather than the soluble coffee we expected. The only downsides were the mattresses, which were very soft, and the window that couldn't be opened to let in some air.

The price‑to‑quality ratio is spot on. Everything’s clean, and the airport is nearby. Great for people who need a few days in Gyumri before flying out; a taxi arrives in five minutes. You can order food through the Glovo app right to the hotel.

Everything was very nice and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good.

It’s incredibly convenient to the airport, and the warm, attentive staff will give you a late‑night breakfast if you’re leaving early in the morning. The hotel has its own restaurant where the food is delicious and not expensive.
