The place was very cool and the location amazing; the staff were super friendly and helpful. Even though we booked a small room, it was tiny and could be laid out better with more hooks on the walls for hanging clothes and perhaps more shelves – something that would have helped during our 10‑day stay. The food at the rooftop was pretty average, but the downstairs bar is gorgeous and has a very cool vibe.

The location in Manhattan’s center, just 2 minutes from Times Square, was excellent; the rooms were quiet and clean, and the breakfast included was a pleasant surprise. The room was cozy but definitely small, perhaps a bit too small for long stays and large luggage (not my case). The cost was a bit high even though we were in NYC.

The location was fantastic, the reception staff were fantastic, but the breakfast staff were a bit less extroverted. The room was very small with no space to hang clothes, but it was clean, tidy, and the shower was good. The rooms were too small, and the breakfast was not exciting at all, with very little selection for the price. The staff at the bar, restaurant, and reception were fantastic, but the breakfast staff were less extroverted, though friendly.
