“Nada recomendable. Inseguro.”

Nothing good. When we arrived, no one was there to greet us; the owner had simply forgotten the booking. Our room wasn’t ready. The entrance was very dark and unmarked. A girl on the balcony let us in, otherwise we’d have stayed on the street. The owner still hasn’t responded to our message the next day. While trying to sleep, we heard people coming and going, with loud voices and dog barking; there was only one other guest, but it wasn’t him, and we were scared because no one was there to control or check in. The bathroom lacked soap and the water didn’t run enough for a shower. In short, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The staff were very friendly; we left our luggage in their care for several days because we were heading to Tayrona and couldn’t bring everything, and everything was perfect with no extra charges. On the day we left, the flight was very early, and they offered us take‑away breakfast. It’s very close to the airport. The area is under construction with new buildings, so the look isn’t great. The rooms are small and basic but adequate.

The room was fine, but there was quite a bit of noise around the property.

The place is very close to the airport and the terrace view is spectacular, yet the bed moves a lot, there's no TV in the room, the sink spray is almost nothing and it drips, there was dog poop on the terrace, and the private inDrive service promised by the hotel never arrived to take us to the airport.

“Relajante y revitalizante.”

The accommodation matches the photos exactly, staff were attentive throughout, we were in transit for an early flight the next day and it’s very close to Santa Marta airport, we spent a relaxed afternoon by the pool which gave us energy for the rest of the trip, the room was very clean and beautiful, and there was no noise so we could rest without any problem.
