Maharaja Guest House Block C

The only good thing about this accommodation was the location. Everything else was a disaster. The room did not match the description or the photos, and the quality was much lower than expected. The room was dirty, the bed sheets did not seem clean, the toilet was very dirty, and there was no hot water. The check-in process was also unclear and stressful. It was not easy to understand where to go, and the way to the check-in place felt a bit scary, especially at night. Overall, I would not recommend this place. The location is good, but the accommodation itself was very disappointing

I was close to the metro, but the room was a mess—hair in the shower drain and I had to sit on the toilet to shower. The bed was 1.30, so I fell out of it four times. The first night I tried to contact the owner for a bigger room, but never heard back, so we booked another hotel.

“Excellent location and value Excellent”

The place is in block C of Chung King Mansion, so it’s not as busy as the other blocks and you don’t need to use the elevator. Check‑in was smooth on the 4th floor, and there’s a telephone to call a person if you don’t have network. It’s great value at about HKD 200 per night for a single room with a private WC and shower. The room is tiny, but you’re not in Hong Kong, so that’s fine. It even has a refrigerator, and I stayed in room 601 facing the back, which was very quiet. I had no complaints and will stay here again.

“超級爛，booking沒有審核也是超爛”

I had a terrifying experience: after searching for 10 minutes I still couldn’t find the place, and a foreign worker kept pulling my hand. I was forced to leave and booked another room using the Trip app.
