The spot is close to a famous beef noodle shop and worth a visit, with many other eateries and bakeries nearby and Aeon Mall just a stone’s throw away if you need anything. The room and bed are clean, the windows are big, the room is a sufficient size, and the usual amenities are there, plus a nice rain shower. There’s an ironing board and a Coway water dispenser in the common area, and parking is available. The heating in the water heater isn’t consistent, and there’s no conditioner but that’s acceptable. The walls are very thin and not soundproof. It would be helpful to have a reminder that parking is free only on Sundays, or an extra service, because as a non‑local I think the odds of getting a parking ticket are extremely high. On other days you must pay parking through a specific app from 8 am, otherwise you may get a ticket. Just a side note.
