“Excelent location”

The beach, pools and rooms are excellent. The only downside is that it isn’t suitable for vegans; there are almost no vegan options across all restaurants.

The beach is lovely, the room was nice, and there were plenty of choices plus access to the sister property for variety. It’s baby‑friendly and overall a wonderful holiday, with staff that were very accommodating and helpful. The only drawback was the value for money on food and drinks; while the meals themselves were great and everyone was helpful, we felt the costs were higher than at other resorts we’ve stayed at.

“Great all-suite hotel”

The beach felt like a pool—amazing. Sumosan restaurant was incredible, and the staff service was impeccable. The views, suite, and Six Senses spa were all gorgeous; I’d definitely return and recommend it to all my friends. The downside was the proximity to Porto Elounda (the sister hotel) which had many noisy kids. Il Borro restaurant didn’t match the level of Sumosan, and although our room was available for late check‑out, they wanted to charge us for it.

“I do not recommend it.”

1. The staff does not meet 5-star standards; everything is organized at a 3-star level. 2. The food is bad everywhere (at breakfast and in all the restaurants). 3. A very windy side. 4. We left early, we couldn't wait until the end of the vacation
