The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms and facilities were excellent, the location suited us, and breakfast was fine. Overall, the impression was great and the value for money was very good. The only downside was that the refrigerator in the room made a loud noise even at night, though it kept the food really cold.

The breakfast could have had more variety in salty dishes, but overall the impression was super!

Overall, the stay was satisfying and the property is beautiful and surrounded by greenery, though there was a slight lack of attention to detail. For a two‑day couples stay, a second set of toiletries (shampoo and shower gel) would have been useful, since the single‑dose sachet provided the first night was insufficient for the whole stay. Luckily I had my own products, otherwise I would have been without them the next day. The breakfast deserves praise for its abundance, though I would have preferred more artisanal or homemade items. Room cleanliness was excellent, except for the terrace.

The environment was quiet and relaxing, but I would have liked to dine at the Casale restaurant.
