We stayed at this motel in Gisborne and it was a fantastic experience! The room was spotless, roomy, and super comfy with lovely beds that gave us a great night's sleep. The spa bath was a big highlight, especially for the kids who absolutely loved it! A sweet bonus was the complimentary cookies for the children, a very thoughtful touch. We also found the free washing machine and dryer in the laundry to be extremely convenient for families on the move. The location was excellent, close to the city centre and perfect for exploring Gisborne. All in all, a wonderful, clean, family‑friendly spot with great facilities and thoughtful extras. Highly recommended for families visiting Gisborne!

The location was great for visiting a friend whose son had passed away, and we were able to book early.

The room was clean and well equipped. The staff were accommodating when we asked for a late checkout. I didn’t like the plastered poles supporting the veranda at the edges of the car parks.
