“Comfortable room but quite noisy.”
The hotel is clean, the room comfortable, and breakfast is very good; the gym is a good size with quality equipment. However, there were no cleaning cloths or alcohol‑based sanitizer for guests to disinfect the equipment. The room we got overlooked an industrial warehouse, giving a very unattractive view, and the noise level was quite unpleasant. The swimming pool is extremely small, and there were vultures in the pool’s solarium area, which was rather unpleasant. Parking would be more convenient if a self‑parking option were available, so guests could park without needing to request valet service.
I loved the little luxuries in the room, but the 11th‑floor pool and hot tub were not heated.
“Poderia ter sido nota 10”
The location and comfort were solid, but a staff member made noise at 7:00 am while tidying the room next door.
The staff were attentive and the room was great; the breakfast was sensational.
“Super Recomendo.”
The room was high‑quality, comfortable, clean, and the location was great, with excellent service. The pool was nice but small, and I would have liked a massage or spa service; parking was an extra cost.
