The breakfast was good. The shower had weak water; it was either very cold or too hot. There were few outlets in the room and their placement was inconvenient.

The breakfast was just okay. Everything else was terrible.

I stayed at the hotel attached to the Imperial gas station; the room was clean, comfortable, and the bathroom had a hot shower. However, the shower gave an electric shock when I turned it on with the power switch already on—my husband got a small shock, so we switched the water first, then the power, and turned it off the same way. Apart from that, everything was fine; breakfast was simple but tasty, and the staff were attentive.

Communication was missing – the phone numbers listed didn’t work at all, and I got no clear directions to the address. I spent about 30 minutes driving around before finally finding someone who could tell me where the hotel’s station was, and it doesn’t show up on GPS.

The staff were very polite and friendly. The housekeeping left something to be desired, with hair on the bed and in the bathroom, yellow stains on the bath towel and blankets, and pillows that needed a pillowcase protector because they already showed signs of heavy use. Breakfast fell short, offering only stewed chicken, sausages, couscous, and cassava; the bread had mosquitoes even though it was covered, and eggs were missing. The juices were weak and almost tasteless. I chose the couscous because I like it.
