The location is great and the pool is good. The parking area is very dark and scary at night. Bringing food or drinks from outside is not allowed. The toilet drain was blocked. Room facilities were missing—no drinking water in the room. Cleaning was average.

The hotel is unclean for 10 days, completely dirty. Unclean.

The receptionist was very friendly, though I don’t know her name. Despite booking the lowest‑tier room, she offered a free upgrade. I liked the location, the room view, and access to the Dead Sea. The pools and surroundings were clean. Only a bit of worn equipment that could use a refresh, but most of the time people spend outside anyway.

The staff were great, especially the receptionist Shaher Khamayseh, who was really helpful.

First, thanks to Shaimaa at reception—she’s kind and professional. The swimming pools and the view are amazing. The housekeeping staff were too slow; if you asked them for something, they never returned.
