Все)) Номер чудовий,зручний,поряд кафе. Чудове розташування. Метро зовсім поряд. Навіть те, що душ, туалет, умивальник одні на 4 номери не зіпсувало перебування. Наступного разу знову зупинятимусь там

The staff were responsive. I checked in late at night, yet they still showed me everything and escorted me to the room. The next day, the lights went out in my room at some point, and the plugs were blown. They moved me to another room with better amenities—thanks a lot! I also appreciated the smart TV.

Booking was easy and straightforward, and check‑in was quick and to the point. The staff were excellent, responsive, and friendly; if anything was needed, I could just call or walk up to reception. The location was practical and convenient, with plenty of activities and shops nearby. The “Luxury” room was neat, clean, and comfortable. Soundproofing was 8/10—nothing bothered us at all. The shower, toilet, and sink with mirror in the room were clean; towels were clean; windows were clean (even too clean); the fridge was clean with no odd smells; the furniture was not worn and clean. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely want to return. The only downside was that the kettle had water from previous guests.
