The staff were very attentive, especially when the system went down, and there was a konbini nearby. The location isn’t as convenient as advertised; it’s still a somewhat long walk from Tokyo Station.

The location was really great! The staff were polite and helpful, and the room was clean and bright. Luggage storage was also convenient :D

A decent budget hotel in a good location, yet the entire property lacked Wi‑Fi and the compensation offered didn’t cover the cost of the data I had to purchase; the front desk could only say sorry and nothing else.
