Two things really good about this hotel. 1. Extremely friendly staff especially Tural and Seymur. Very knowledgeable, decent, friendly and helpful. 2. Location which is right on the Nizami Street

The hotel’s location and the staff’s attention were very good, especially Orhan Bey who was very helpful, making for a nice experience, but the window fan was problematic and brought a bit of noise inside.
