I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked a double room online, drawn in by the photos, but when I arrived, I was shocked to find that the actual room was completely different. With a flight to catch, I only had a few hours to spare, and the hotel's refusal to refund me, despite my pleas, left a sour taste. The booking support team was also unable to assist me, leaving me feeling frustrated and misled.
