The location is great, accessible from Dallas Street, but the property is extremely run down. I couldn’t check in until two hours after the official check‑in time, which was very inconvenient, there were spider webs everywhere, and some areas could have been cleaner.

The location is within walking distance to the mall, but there are no cooking facilities or a private outdoor area.

The location was fine, but I had to ask for the room to be serviced. The room felt like a dark dungeon amid many empty rooms, and the former manager who used to run the place was not there.

Nice and close to riccarton mall. We were on the ground floor so no stairs which was good Lovely friendly staff. Nice and clean rooms. Nothing
