Close to the sea, the room felt cozy with a TV that had YouTube and Netflix. Reception was friendly and the in‑room pool was nice. Towels weren’t changed regularly and the cleaning wasn’t very thorough; they also didn’t provide plates or forks.

The hotel’s location is great and there’s free daily drinking water. There’s no restaurant, only room service, which unfortunately offers limited options. The hills and stairs around the hotel can be tiring at times.

One staff member, the driver, stepped in to help solve our problem. We were assigned the wrong room; the reality didn’t match what we expected. I don’t know what happened to the hotel, but the service was horrible. When we asked why we were put in that room, they said it wasn’t our problem. The only employee who noticed the mistake called the manager, who confirmed that we were given a semi‑luxury room instead of a luxury one.
