“Would stay here again!”

The room was comfortable, spotless, and the owner was very friendly—everything we could ask for for the short few days we stayed there, and it was also very spacious! The only tweak needed was setting the shower temperature just right, but that’s part of traveling on a budget.

“Total scam.”

The bathroom floor had visible dirt and hair from someone else; the double bed is really two twin beds pushed together and is very uncomfortable; the air conditioning doesn’t actually come with a remote to use it; the WiFi doesn’t work; the “coffee and tea” were very, very old leftovers in a dirty machine; the kitchen smelled like sewage; the outlets are the old style that do not take Euro chargers; the number on the website is not actually the person who manages the booking and I waited outside for 30’ to be let in. I would not have stayed had I not been so far away from any other hotel. I found someone else’s hair in my sheets and they still refused to give me a refund. Of the 4 places that I stayed in Rome, this was the dirtiest, most uncomfortable, most inconvenient, and most expensive. This is not a real guesthouse and should be taken down

The location was convenient for my needs, but the space was small, dim, with old furniture, a tiny and old bathroom.
