New Chinatown, the nearby attractions around Dejima, Glavbar Garden and the Ōura Cathedral were all within walking distance, making it a great base for sightseeing. The lounge had a nice vibe and the drinks and light snacks that were pre‑prepared were plentiful. The draft beer was delicious. The room was clean and spacious, but there were few places to put things so I had to leave items on the floor. There was no makeup mirror, so I had to stand in the hallway mirror to get ready. We three adults shared one room; the reception added a twin bed, but the sofa shown on the website was missing, leaving us with no seating and it was inconvenient. The staff all had no smiles and their service felt lacking in hospitality.

Great hotel, staff was amazing and super helpful, unbeatable location near the Glover Garden. I would give them 11 out of 10 if I only could. That I could only stay there 2 nights. I wish I could have stayed a full week

The staff’s sightseeing guide service was fantastic; they gave me a detailed history of Nagasaki, which made for a great experience, and the free‑drink service in the lounge was also excellent. The building’s exterior, interior, and location were all superb. In the early morning I could hear voices from the room next door or above/below, which woke me up (they weren’t shouting loudly, but the sound was still noticeable).

I stayed in a large room with a Venetian window in a beautiful building, but the view was just the parking lot.
