“Definitely Coming Back!”
This was my third trip to India, and after staying in many hotels across various cities over more than two months, this hotel left an absolutely astonishing impression. As soon as you open the ground‑floor door, a cool air curtain greets you. When you take the elevator to reception, you might forget you’re in India. The room was spacious, spotless, and all amenities—air conditioning, refrigerator, lighting, electric kettle—worked flawlessly. The toilet and shower were of a standard I wouldn’t expect from other Indian hotels. The staff, especially Mr. Abhishek Pandey, were friendly and polished. They promptly printed our train tickets and even arranged a rickshaw to the station at the end of our stay. I highly recommend the sophisticated vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor. Nothing could have been better.
I was impressed by the breakfast, the friendly staff, and the atmosphere that really felt like being in the UK; overall it was a delightful experience, though I wish there were better deals for longer stays.
“Excellent if one is looking for Functionality, clean and comfortable stay with good food”
The location, food, cleanliness, and helpful staff were all great, and I can’t think of anything to criticize.
Cleanliness
“Promising hotel, but poor experience overall”
I spent a single night here while traveling from Varanasi to the Nepal border at Sunauli; the room was spacious, modern, and well furnished with a small desk, a kettle, and a TV that unfortunately had no channels or connectivity, the bed was comfortable, and the interior looked fresh and tidy. Unfortunately the ventilation outside my window was noisy all night, the air conditioning was unreliable and the humidity fluctuated, making the room uncomfortable; the bed, duvet, and sheets carried a damp, old body odor, and there were many flies and insects that made the stay uneasy. Breakfast was also disappointing – I ordered toast with butter and jam but only received a tiny packet of jam, enough for a single slice, and the fruit I chose tasted like onion, likely because the kitchen knives hadn’t been cleaned after cutting onions.
