“Correcto, sin pretensiones”
The location is good, almost no traffic, which makes it easy to relax. There was no elevator, the bathroom cistern didn’t fit properly, and the room was not ready until the next day—no work was done that day.

The spot is excellent, close to bars and restaurants, free parking just 200 mm away, and the place is very clean. The double bed only had one pillow, which is uncomfortable for a couple, the building has two floors and no lift, so it’s not suitable for people with mobility issues.

The place is in a great spot, spotless, friendly staff, spacious bathroom, and you can enjoy free coffee, tea, and a borrowed umbrella. Everything else was fine.

The beds were huge! We slept in the double bed with our 5‑year‑old son, leaving the third bed unused. We called ahead to book a double room and pay an extra fee for our child, but that wasn’t possible, so we had to switch to a more expensive triple‑bed room knowing the third bed would stay empty. The description said there was a loading/unloading parking spot, but it was occupied when we arrived. No one was at the front desk to help, and the very high price for a tiny room overlooking the “courtyard” with white walls is completely unjustified, especially when the next day you can rent a great apartment in Úbeda for the same price for three nights.
