The bathroom was filthy, with silky hair left on the bathtub, sink, and floor, plus brown grime inside the tub. A hole in the wall let water leak onto the toilet seat. I was assigned a room right next to the entrance corridor, facing the car garage and a busy main road with local buses, and the traffic noise kept me up all night. The couch had cigarette burns.

The room was comfy and featured a large window, and the area offers several restaurants and cafés. Check‑in took longer than necessary; I waited about 10 minutes at the front desk for no reason. The cleaning lady started tidying my room more than an hour before check‑out and left the door open with some of my belongings still inside. The sink drain drips onto the bathroom floor.
