The accommodation was clean, well‑equipped, rooms were arranged sensibly, and the staff were competent. Because the hotel was under renovation, there was a bit of dust and noise during the stay.

The stay in Fukuok left very warm memories, largely thanks to this place. We stayed in a bungalow on a property with several houses and a shared pool. The grounds were pleasant, well‑maintained, with a convenient pool area and terrace for comfortable time. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the separate wardrobe was a real plus, especially for longer stays. Good internet and a full kitchen with a fridge were also provided. The location is a big plus: the hotel is only a few minutes by motorbike from Khem Beach and Sau Beach, some of the best on the island. Walking is too far, but a motorbike or car takes just 3–5 minutes. The staff are a strong point: the guys were very responsive and always available. Any issue was solved quickly, whether it was a pillow replacement or AC repair – everything was handled promptly. Once a bike broke far from the hotel, we wrote to a staff member and they came, swapped the bike, and we got back safely. It’s also convenient that bikes can be rented at the hotel for a good price. The pool was clean and pleasant, and the overall area is relaxing. The downside was that housekeeping could improve: check‑in was not perfectly clean, and for two weeks of stay the bedding was never changed. There was also a fan that occasionally blew dust, slightly spoiling the impression.
