“Absolutely beautiful hotel, in a lovely, quiet regional area..”

What a beautiful, modern, clean hotel! We really enjoyed our one night here. We had two rooms for our family of two adults and one child, and we were thrilled when we checked in to learn there was a connecting door, so we could keep the rooms unlocked and stay together. We were probably the only guests, as the car park was completely empty and we never saw or heard anyone else. The rooms were actually more spacious than expected and everything felt brand new. We received a breakfast box that was very tasty. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and will look for this brand in other Japanese locations on my next visit. The staff were super lovely too, and I can’t fault anything—just wish we could have stayed longer.

I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and meticulous the staff were. Arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning, my short stay felt satisfying. Because I had a lot of luggage, the ample parking that let me park right next to the building was a real help. The shop’s stylish selection, reflecting local flavor, made me want to buy more. I also liked finding miso among the service drinks by the lobby. I’ll definitely return. On the downside, I wasn’t sure if the amenity kit included lotion or emulsion, which was disappointing; I usually enjoy trying the hotel’s cosmetics, but I had my own supplies. The station at Tsukigase is close, and getting around by car was fine, but walking to the hotel at night felt a bit scary because there were no streetlights.

The building and rooms had a fresh, wood‑grain design that I found very appealing. The only issue was that the shower knob was slippery because of soap, making it hard to turn.

The staff were excellent and courteous, making my stay comfortable. The facilities were well equipped. The room’s location was a bit of a drawback because it was in front of a water tank, so I couldn’t see the tea fields, which was a shame.
