The location is idyllic on a peninsula on the Drau, the apartment is spacious with a kitchenette, the staff are very friendly and often speak German, the bed is good, but it’s sometimes under a slanted roof (watch out when getting up). The dinner is great and inexpensive, featuring trout with Swiss chard and potatoes, grilled vegetables, and green salad. The bathroom/WC is only reachable via stairs and a hallway, there’s only one pillow, and the local only serves bottled beer.

A cute, classic spot on the Drava banks, very characterful and welcoming. In the evenings and during the day it’s completely peaceful. The cleaning is excellent, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is great.
