“Give me my money”
The staff were good, but the Capital O corporate office wouldn’t refund me for a room I didn’t receive.

There was no WiFi or breakfast. There was no air conditioning in my room. They switched my room 3 times. No running water in my room. Has to brush teeth with bottle water. Roaches Al over the room and walls. The guy came and sprayed and I had to sit in the lobby for 2 hours at night. The air conditioner wouldn't come on. The TV is on wall for decoration. The entire hotel smells like meth weed and heroin. The workers offer you drugs and get offended when you tell them you're not interested. They curse and speak horribly to each other and to guests. Its basically a crack den motel with mostly desperate people and fiends living there as a home. I made the mistake of letting my dispatcher book the room for me. I wish I had known beforehand. Not to mention my door didn't lock and I could just open it with no key. I literally had to use the ironing board and a chair to prop behind the door to prevent looters from coming in. I could type more and its all verifiable. I have video evidence of everything. They even get upset when you don't pay with cash. Everything. There was no WiFi or breakfast. So many roaches and the smell of crystal medf all over the halls in the middle of day. Weed and crack filled the entrance and they don't ever hide it. The workers sell the stuff and the manager is on it. Only the Indian guy don't know what all goes on. And he leaves around 3. It turns into a den of sin after 3pm

Nothing at all. Everything! The maintenance man/manager is an old rude white man who doesn’t speak to you directly but talks about you to people around you as if you’re a problem. The rooms smelled like someone had sprayed Pine-Sol and water all over them. The AC blew at 75 °F and no higher. The maintenance man/manager called himself cleaning the vent, which was covered in thick dust and dirt; he laid the screen on the floor, sprayed cleaner on it, and scrubbed it into the carpet. When they couldn’t accommodate me, the young lady at the front desk was very rude, gave short, sharp answers, avoided eye contact, and was just unprofessional and unacceptable.
