I've had some pretty bad experiences at hotels, but this one takes the cake. The place is basically not suitable for families, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's a shame, really, because it's got some potential, but it just falls short in so many ways.

On the surface, this hotel seems like a great place to stay. It's a brand-new property with a good restaurant on site, which is always a plus. However, there's a major issue with the booking process. It was really frustrating, and I ended up paying more than I should have.
