Rinjani Lighthouse

The staff were very friendly! We did a fascinating coffee tour via the lighthouse – highly recommended! The room was nice and the accommodation fun. There are cracks everywhere, so insects are to be expected. There is a net, no AC, but there is a fan. The location is good and within walking distance of the waterfalls. Many tour operators for Rinjani trips are nearby. We slept in the hut closest to the track; it was noisy. The accommodation tried to provide earplugs, and I suspect the issue was only for our room. Other rooms are deeper in the property.

The vibe was cool, food great, staff friendly and helpful. It’s close enough to good restaurants and a poolside spot for drinks. The waterfall walks are really nearby.

The surroundings and common area views were great, and the service was attentive and available. In some ways the culture differs, affecting habits and customs, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

There was nothing to complain about. The staff were available and responsive. The accommodation was well‑designed with quality elements. The ground‑floor bathroom was fine. Everything worked perfectly. We loved the relaxation area under the bungalow. The reception was excellent, as were the breakfasts and all meals on site. We really appreciated the eco‑friendly approach and the help provided, especially to women (guides or otherwise). It’s very close to the sites.
